Warkworth Holidays is a family run business. It offers two homely & comfortable cottages in the centre of the resplendent village of Warkworth. The village homes a spectacular castle & church, with a breathtaking coastline for a insoucient walk along the winding River Coquet.
Since opening our doors, we hope to have achieved the perfect balance
between home comfort and value for money. Situated conveniently in the heart of the village within walking distance to the pubs, restaurants & convenience store. We hope to provide you with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay at St. Lawrence Rest & The Olde Stables.
St. Lawrence Rest opened its doors in 2016, directly opposite St Lawrence church. The ground floor living space & easy access makes it a wonderful choice for those after a holiday getaway maintained on one floor.
With its increased popularity we expanded and purchased the property next door, now The Olde Stables. Major renovations took place in 2018, making the cottage more open plan on the ground floor, with a quirky aesthetic spanning the cottages three floors. The library & shower are located on the second floor, with both bedrooms on the third.
Both cottages have been decorated in hopes of improving the living spaces, but yet sympathetically maintaining the holiday cottages age & long history.
